At Alphanics, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and costs.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Domestic (South Africa): 5-10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated times only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or peak holiday seasons.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or orders above a certain value (check our store for details).


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, Alphanics is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country’s authorities.

  • All additional charges must be paid by the customer.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly through our courier’s website or via your order confirmation page.


Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • For lost or missing packages, please contact our support team and we’ll assist with filing a claim with the courier.
