All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

Domestic (South Africa): 5-10 business days

International Orders: 10–20 business days

For international orders, Alphanics is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country’s authorities.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost or missing packages, please contact our support team and we’ll assist with filing a claim with the courier.
